Healthy Babies

Durham Connects now provides in-home nurse visits to ALL parents of newborns in Durham County.

Babies are like seedlings. Just like plants need sun, water and air to flourish, babies need security, nourishment and love. Growing a strong, healthy baby takes care and patience. We're here to help.
